Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to the use of the online service TripForge, operated by Manuel Guttmann (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”). By registering for or using the service, you accept these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

TripForge is an AI-powered service for generating interactive travel websites. The user enters travel information and receives an automatically generated website with a daily itinerary, maps, budget overview and further travel information.

TripForge is not a travel agency and does not act as a travel intermediary. No travel services are booked, brokered or guaranteed. All links to third-party providers (hotels, flights, activities) are references to external offers.

3. Registration and User Account

Use of TripForge requires registration with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any use under your login credentials is deemed to be authorised by you.

4. AI-Generated Content

The information displayed on trip websites (activities, prices, opening hours, addresses, transit information) is generated using artificial intelligence. This information is non-binding and may be inaccurate, outdated or incomplete.

The Provider assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of AI-generated content. Users are advised to independently verify all information before making a booking or travelling.

5. Affiliate Links and Third Parties

TripForge contains affiliate links to third-party providers such as Booking.com, GetYourGuide and Kiwi.com. When a booking is made through these links, the Provider receives a commission. This does not result in any additional costs for the user.

The respective provider is solely responsible for offers, prices and services of third-party providers. The Provider is not liable for services booked through affiliate links.

6. Usage Rights

The user receives a simple, non-transferable right of use for the trip websites generated for them. The generated websites may be shared and used for private purposes.

Commercial reuse of the generated content is not permitted without the prior written consent of the Provider.

7. Availability

The Provider endeavours to ensure uninterrupted availability of the service. There is no entitlement to permanent availability. The Provider is not liable for technically caused downtime or data loss.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Provider is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are affected. Liability is in any case limited to foreseeable, typically occurring damages.

9. Termination and Account Deletion

The user may delete their account at any time. Upon deletion, all stored trip data and generated websites will be irrevocably removed. The Provider reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts in the event of a violation of these Terms of Service.

10. Amendments to the Terms of Service

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be informed of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions of these Terms of Service be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
